By accessing or using Quick2Learn EdTech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Course Enrollment

• Course enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance of payment
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Course content and schedules are subject to change with prior notice
• Batch sizes are limited to ensure quality instruction

Payment and Refunds

• Full payment or agreed installments must be completed before course access
• Registration fees are non-refundable
• Refund requests within 7 days of course start are eligible for tuition fee refund (terms apply)
• No refunds after 7 days of course commencement
• EMI payments are subject to third-party terms and conditions

Student Responsibilities

• Attend classes regularly and participate actively
• Complete assignments and projects on time
• Maintain respectful conduct with instructors and fellow students
• Not share course materials without authorization
• Ensure stable internet connection for live classes

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, code, and projects, are the intellectual property of Quick2Learn EdTech. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Placement Assistance

• Placement assistance is provided but employment is not guaranteed
• Students must actively participate in placement preparation activities
• Job opportunities depend on market conditions and individual performance
• Quick2Learn EdTech reserves the right to refuse placement support for non-compliance

Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful course completion, including attendance, assignments, and final projects. Certificate issuance is at the sole discretion of Quick2Learn EdTech based on student performance.

Limitation of Liability

Quick2Learn EdTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

Quick2Learn EdTech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
